APPROACH

• Biochemically stripped old stain and sealant from building exterior to protect surrounding green space and body of water.
• Power washed surface to prepare wood for new stain and sealant.
• Applied 3 coats of Sansin SDF transparent stain and topcoat.
• Higher elevations were reached using our own bucket and ladder trucks, preventing potential damage to building and grounds, along with saving time and cost for our client.
